And since Taurus rules the throat much of their vitality can be lost if Taurus loses their voice or Taurus is not allowed to speak for some reason.

Those of the sign of Taurus generally try to achieve perfection in everything to which they turn their hand. This can lead Taurus towards physical exhaustion and those of this sign should take care to avoid this. In this way it’s always best for Taurus (whenever they can) to try to pace themselves with whatever they happen to be doing. Taurus should remember to take sensible breaks at the appropriate times when working on something for an extended period.
